Event Overview
As the golden hour light softens over Philippe Park, we gather by the water to embrace the transformation of the seasons — both within and around us.
This mini retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and restore balance through a gentle blend of community connection, sound healing, and guided reflection.
It’s a time to release what no longer serves and make room for the energy of what’s to come.
Evening Flow Schedule
5:00–5:30 PM:
Guest Arrival and setup. Meet & Greet. Soft music, incense, and grounding scents welcome you.
5:30–6:00 PM:
Sound Healing Journey with Vocals
Experience a one-of-a-kind sound healing journey infused with live vocals, crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, rain stick, koshi chimes, and gentle toning frequencies to soothe the body and spirit.
Each sound vibration will guide you into deeper balance, emotional clarity, and inner harmony.
6:00–6:45 PM:
Mini Retreat Circle — Transformation of the Seasons
We’ll begin with mindful conversation and gentle journaling, exploring how seasonal change mirrors our inner cycles.
Together, we’ll share stories, reflect, and invite intention for renewal.
6:45–7:00 PM: Integration + Closing Circle
We’ll ground in silence, journal reflections, and close with gratitude, affirming the new energy we wish to carry forward.

Rise to Radiance is intentionally designed to slow you down, help you receive, and then deeply integrate what your soul reveals—so you leave aligned, clear, and connected to your inner light.
This mini retreat will guide you through sound healing, emotional reflection, and gentle self-discovery in a safe and uplifting space.

We open the sacred space and set personal + collective intentions for awakening radiance
3:45 PM – 4:30 PM | Sound Healing Activation Journey
Experience a deep vibrational immersion with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and voice frequency
Designed to unblock stagnant energy and awaken your inner light
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Guided Reflection & Journaling Integration
Rather than standing up and leaving, we will gently transition into awareness
You will be guided through reflective journaling prompts to capture emotions, visions, or messages that arose
This powerful integration step transforms sound healing into lasting change
5:00 PM – 5:20 PM | Heart-Led Sharing Circle
A gentle space to express what you felt or experienced
Sharing is optional but deeply healing when expressed in a supportive group
5:20 PM – 5:33 PM | Gratitude Closing
We close the ceremony with grounding, gratitude, and a spoken affirmation of radiance and renewal
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and aligned with your true essence
