Join us for Harmony of Hearts, a gentle yet powerful sound alchemy gathering designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and inner harmony.
This monthly experience offers a safe, judgment-free space to unwind, reset, and receive.
Through the intentional use of vocals, crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes, you’ll be guided into a deeply calming soundscape that invites the nervous system to soften and the heart to open.
Each session is an opportunity to release the weight of the day and reconnect with yourself in stillness and sound.
What to bring:
Water
A yoga mat and blanket
Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported
Chairs are also available.
This gathering is offered as a love offering (no minimum).
